January 28, 2020 Luncheon Topic: “Preparing Your Nonprofit to Swim with the Sharks”

The competition for grant funding is fierce. In this month’s meeting you will learn how to think like a funder so that your proposal rises to the top and has the best chance of a win. Presented by: Chrissy Bond Chrissy spent years with a foundation where she reviewed hundreds of grant applications and made funding recommendations to the Board. She has also written numerous winning proposals for clients of nonprofits who specialize in hunger, homelessness, human trafficking, mentorship, education and economic development with Pathways to Growth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Technical Communication from UCF and is the Nonprofit Management and Grant Specialist with Pathways to Growth, a nonprofit consultant that helps nonprofits build their capacity and attract more funding.
